Pablo Decoder

pablodecoder

You might recognize Pablo Decoder from his tech funk remix of Ladyhawke’s “Dusk Till Dawn.”  Decoder is a rising producer from the label LOT49.  He implements a psychedelic influence into his Logic-produced electro bangers.  His remix of Lazy Jay’s “Float My Boat” is almost seven full minutes of solid house music that makes you move.  I also included Lazy Jay’s original because it is equally as legitimate–a hybrid of squelchy house horn sounds and trance chords.  Decoder mellows down the exotic brassy synth in his version with some funk percussion lines while still retaining Lazy Jay’s house groove.  Both quality tracks.

Here’s a bonus “mash-up” of Pablo’s.  As the vocal samples of the track indicate, it’s pretty much “pounding techno music.”
