I Roll The Best Weed Cause I Got It Goin’ On
I’ve always been a fan of fidgety hip-hop remixes, and few do it better than Stockholm’s Audiostalkers. Consisting of “two superproducers and a high class DJ” the trio has produced a handful of bumpin’ hip-hop remixes and a few originals. Their first EP, Gouled Felem, was released on Chicago’s own Potty Mouth Music, and is available on Beatport. Here’s their latest remix, a bouncy take on Snoop Dogg and Pharrell Williams‘ “Drop It Like It’s Hot”, and my personal favorite of theirs, a remix of Skeelo‘s old-school hit “I Wish” (both in 320, oh so jummy). Expect more Audiostalkers on Squeegie in the future, as they have promised to send over their next bootleg once it’s done. Big ups to the Swedes, and enjoy.

June 11th, 2009 at 01:52Nice….love the skeelo remix. The Drop it like its hot remix is dope as well but something about the way the acapellas were placed over the beat seems a little wierd to me. I was hearing it go a different direction in my head.
