Some may hate on the direction north Americans are taking dubstep, saying that it just doesn’t stay true to the “soul” of Skream or Breakage or the other older, big names coming out of the UK. Indeed, but that’s comparing apples and oranges. So please no hate on this song because it doesn’t stay true to music that is produced in another way. Anywho, this song just fucked my day up, and I avoid expletives on such a public sort of site. It’s actually been fucking my week up every time I listen. Didn’t know anything about Endophyte, but turns out he makes some pretty gnarly beats up in Canada and you should probably pay some more attention to him. He’s been producing for 12 years!! shit. And of course Excision is all over it as usual. If you hit up one myspace this month though, go to Endophyte’s. He deserves the support for sure, and his beats are so sick.
