You’ll hear it a million times in our posts but yes, we are back. Pardon the delay. Enough about that, time to catch up on music. First up we’ve got a large, tribal tune from the man known as DJ Mouse (couldn’t find any myspace info..) which was included in Toadally Krossed Out‘s Scion Mix. It was my favorite song out of the whole mix and of course, as luck would have it, was originally the only song in the tracklist under ‘Unknown Artist – Unknown Song’ but luckily Mad Decent did work and grabbed it for us. Hit up this deliciousness.

Black Holes, my mentor of sorts, just played CMJ out in New York and straight killed it. Anyways, he did a mix right beforehand that I’ve got handy. It’s a solid representation of his shows, I really like the progression from very, very mellow stuff to the dubstep. Check it.

Next up we’ve got Style of Eye‘s remix of Fake Blood’s legendary tune ‘Mars’. You may remember it from his essential mix which we posted way back when, it’s just as good now as it was then. Much love to both Style of Eye and Fake Blood. The Mars EP is dropping soon with remixes from Style of Eye, Jack Beats (so sick!), and Boy 8-Bit. I will be buying it and so should you.

Blogs everywhere are going nuts for A-Trak‘s remix of Yeah Yeah Yeah‘s ‘Heads Will Roll’. We wanna thank discodust for posting the track, but also for posting my man Willy Joy‘s remix. Willy Joy is seriously one of the nicest people in the entire world and if you’ve every been to his monthly event at Debonair ‘Fly By Night’ you know that he can throw a hell of a party too. Props.
