you are an enemy
Huge thanks to Follow the Dark for the biggest tip of the moment on some 16 bit gold. It isn’t new, but damn it’s so good. We’ve been through this, it’s dirty, evil, blah blah blah. But this one has it all, sick (although short) vocals, a squeeky synth line reminiscent of Emalkay’s epic jam, and all the bass you could need. And of course filth. SO get at.
Borgore – Foes (16bit Fuck Hoes Remix)
Speaking of Emalkay, as there is a lot of hype surrounding him since his “When I Look At You” dropped (and really since that song blasted the world’s face off), I thought I’d throw up another track of his I’ve been digging, on the chiller side compared to 16 bit. Shouldn’t forget that this guy has been making quality beats for years and has put out some excellence. He’s got a pretty booked schedule for October, touring around the UK. Yo, if you’re in Amsterdam October 23, check out the Dub Police night at Paradiso, very reputable for some crazy shows. Enjoy

it’s a close one, but right now for me A.G.S. > When I Look at You
October 14th, 2009 at 20:22I gotta say, When I look at you is farrrrr better. The radio rip 1 of When I look at you that you posted, where is that from? I’d like to listen to the entire set.

October 15th, 2009 at 09:24I gotta say, that Emalkay’s track isn’t and never has been a chiller, it’s just how dubstep should sound in the face of the fucking OTT mess of some 16 bit tracks. I don’t understand why they have to make incoherent overly harsh noise when they can do subtlety and quality like they do in Jump. Emalkay kills it.
