I really hate it when the “little guy” gets ripped off by giant corporations. The same thing happens in the music industry all the time. These videos are case and point. I decided to check out CuDi‘s new video for shits and giggles and while watching I couldn’t help but be reminded by another video we’d previously posted on this site that is fucking rad (that was made in July of 2008): Hey Champ‘s ‘Cold Dust Girl’. I actually played both simultaneously and, no joke, the 1:00 mark of the Hey Champ video and the 0:47 mark of the CuDi video came on at the same time (check it out for yourself). To sum it up: CuDi, we’re calling you out (not to mention Hey Champ opened for him just last night, busted.)
Props to Hey Champ. Keep making awesome music.
