unlike our recent submissions, I'm not a graphic designer. can you tell?

I’ve found with this whole deficit disorder thing I have, or whatever they call it, I tend to work on tunes until they’re nearly finished, and then move on to something new.  With that in mind, here’s a couple of tracks I’ve been working on that aren’t quite finished, but I figured I’d throw em up on the Squeeg for the hell of it.  The first is a remix of The Flaming Lips, and the second is a bit of instrumental dubstep I’ve been playing with for a while, and that one is definitely not finished.  Hope you enjoy, and as always feedback is much appreciated.

    Clockwork would be heater if you changed up the womps a little bit, sounding a little bit too rounded if you know what I mean. It’s a cool tone but for the tempo and spacing of your notes I think you might want to come in with summin that hits a lil harder. Good work though and I gotta say I’ve been reppin your “unfinished” Where Da Cash At. Quality Tune.

    thanks for the feedback — i agree, the track is certainly missing something. not sure what “where da cash at” remix you’re talking about, are you referring to the slim thug one i did? i posted a where da cash at remix a while back, but that wasn’t mine

    Yeah I’m talking about the Three Kings one sorry, playing Jet Files over and over again must have my brain scrambled, but I was indeed talking about that Three Kings which indeed bumps kudos sorry about the mixup. haha

    by the way this flaming lips rmx (the first minute before the vocals kick in, in particular) is definitely the best work i’ve heard from you. excellent melody.

    Damn I got really excited when I saw a flaming lips remix. I’m digging the flaming lips remix a lot, the melody goes perfect with the song.

    Only complaint I have is about 3/4ths into the tune your layers start really clashing and it gets a bit chaotic.

    But other than that I really like it! Goob job.
