It’s always funny to me when I find a song that I think is new, hot shit only to realize it’s incredibly old. Sorry if I missed this track when it first came out and it was a giant deal but I’m human, deal with it. For those of you who, like me, missed it the first time around I present Hijack‘s fantastically house-y remix of Blatta & Inesha‘s ‘Blow Up’. I was watching the Ghetto Division Ustream the other day and Maddjazz dropped it, leading to its discovery. Yum yum house!

Chicago’s own DJ Rampage just released a full length EP on Nightshifters, which is full of club house, electro, and just good fun. Holding it down for the Ghetto Division this time, this EP does not disappoint (Buy it here). “War” is a ravey dubstep tune, which has been taken on quite a ride by Italians Blatta & Inesha. The track conflicts between rib-shaking dubstep and a soca rhythm that gives Buraka Som Sistema a run for their money. Second, a track which you think is a conventional bmore jam turns into a monster in a matter of seconds; “Loving U is Easy” is absolutely huge.
