Okay, this will begin another large post.  Was very excited to receive a submission from the guys who represent the young lad of Leeds,  Jsaxton (pictured above), who first caught my interest when I heard “Kick Snare Ganja Budha.”  They sent over an original of his and a deep remix of “Who’s Afraid of Detroit?” An I-can-feel-that-in-my-chest kind of sound is how to best describe these tunes.  Get at below.

Best news of the day just popped up on my screen.  WoNK, beloved electro-house producer hailing from the UK, happens to be a cute blonde, one of the few in the industry.  Her sound is exactly as her name describes: it’s wonk-y and wobble-y.  Classifying the sound beyond that is difficult and why I love it.  FIrst up, WoNK did a crazy remix of AC Slater‘s “Up Against the Wall.”  Perhaps my favorite of hers:
